Our handset with cradle is ideal for exhibits where localised sound is required.

Installation is very simple. It features a strong ABS plastic handset attached via a stainless steel cable to a mounting plate. The mounting plate attaches to your exhibit and the cradle fits over the mounting plate and is secured with the four screws provided.

The handset and cradle are very ergonomic and have big round edges. The handset is lightweight and has excellent sound quality. It is designed to work with hearing aids. A visitor can turn their hearing aid to the 'T' position to hear the audio inductively from the handset, eliminating any back ground noise.

The handset and cradle have an inbuilt switch that can be used to trigger audio and video equipment, triggering them to start and stop when the handset is picked up and replaced.

The handset and cradle are ideal when sound levels in an exhibition space are required to be kept low, as very little sound is emitted from the handset. The handset and cradle are also perfect for when sound levels are high in a space as the person listening is able to isolate the sound for an exhibit by placing the handset close to their ear.

Using handsets creates itimacy from other sound sources in a space and allows a visitor to concentrate and listen to audio that other visitors cannot.

Handsets also allow many different audio sources to be listened to in a space with sound spilling into the space from the mulitple sources.

Information sheets will be available shortly. Please contact us for more information.
